Sponsorship Levels

These are general guidelines. We gratefully accept contributions of any level and will work with your organization to provide adequate recognition for your contributions.

Premier Sponsorship

Premier sponsorships include a speaking slot during the conference—and are thus limited in number—which provides a unique opportunity to present a
key message to all attendees.

Platinum  – $1500

  • Be one of only two platinum sponsors
  • 15-minute presentation
  • Platinum Organization logo displayed as a platinum sponsor on conference homepage and sponsor webpages, with link to sponsor URL
  • Organization logo displayed as a platinum sponsor on printed conference material
  • Mention in all emails and social media postings.
  • Networking time with NASAGA conference attendees during breakfast two days
  • Invitation to Friday night awards banquet & auction for two attendees
  • Sponsorship of the conference awards banquet dinner

Gold – $1000

  • Be one of only four platinum sponsors
  • Organization logo displayed as a Gold sponsor on conference homepage and sponsor webpages, with link to sponsor URL
  • Organization logo displayed as a platinum sponsor on printed conference material
  • Mention in all emails and social media postings.
  • Networking time with NASAGA conference attendees during breakfast one day
  • Invitation to Friday night awards banquet & auction for one attendee
  • Sponsorship of the conference poster session reception

Supporter Sponsorships

Supporter sponsorships are an effective way to reach conference attendees at a greatly reduced cost.

Silver –  $500

  • Prominent logo recognition on the NASAGA Conference website.
  • Prominent logo recognition on all NASAGA print materials
  • Mention in all emails and social media postings.
  • Networking time with NASAGA conference attendees during breakfast one day

Bronze –  $100

  • Prominent logo recognition on the NASAGA Conference website.
  • Prominent logo recognition on all NASAGA print materials
  • Mention in all emails and social media postings.

Auction Sponsor– Donate one item for the Friday night auction

We also accept product donations. We will be holding an auction at our Friday night awards banquet and can add a donated item to the auction.

Emails to Participants

NASAGA will not provide sponsors with a list of participants’ names and contact details. We do not allow third-party direct contact with participants.

However, we recognize the value of informing participants about sponsors through email. All sponsors are encouraged to send a short blurb about the sponsor (1-2 short paragraphs) and an image for inclusion in a conference-wide email of the sponsor’s choosing. These emails are sent by the organizers and include conference-specific information.

Schedule of Organizer Emails

The organizers send emails to all registered participants in the weeks leading up to the conference, during the conference, and after the conference. Sponsor information can be included in any of these emails. The approximate email schedule is:

  • April 15th – first email to reach NASAGA members and Indiana University email lists  (Registration Open email)
  • April 25th –  Hotel & Travel information email to those who have registered
  • May 15th – early bird registration expiring email
  • October 1st – Registration email reminder sent to NASAGA list
  • October 17th – Agenda and updates email sent to those who have registered
